Size Chart
What size do I order?
To find your size, the best method is to measure your favorite T-shirt or hoodie, lying flat, about an inch below the armhole. Measure across in inches. Double that measurement to determine the Width measurement of the shirt. The Length is determined by measuring from the top of the collar (at the seam) down to the bottom.
Compare your measurement with those provided in the product description or on the sizes page.
Please verify your correct sizing. We do not allow returns/reprints unless the product was damaged or printed incorrectly, due to each item being created to order. You can, of course, order a new one in your correct size.
Production & Shipping
Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. Please be aware that holidays and high-volume seasons will cause production time to increase.
Once your item has shipped you will receive a tracking number. Use this to track your package. Depending on where you are located, it can take an average of 3-5 days to arrive.
If you happen to not receive your package within that shipping time, contact the delivery company associated with your tracking number.
If you do not receive a tracking number after 7 business days (and it’s not the holiday season), please let us know and we’ll look into it!
Changes & Cancellations
Did you place an order and realize you need to change it or cancel?
Each item is made to order. As long as you have requested a cancellation BEFORE your item has gone into production, we can cancel it. If it has gone into production, we cannot.
Returns
Did you receive a damaged or wrong order?
If you received a damaged or wrong order, we can make it right! We need you to contact us within 10 days. Let us know what the issue is and provide clear pictures to Admin@VeggL.com.
Any other reasons for requesting a return…
If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the wrong size/color was ordered, or you simply changed your mind, our production company will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
This is why we ask you to verify your information is correct and double-check the sizing chart. It is provided in the description of each item.
All products are unique and produced only once ordered.
Product
We spent some time deciding which brand of apparel to use and printing providers. Ultimately, we decided on Bella+Canvas apparel. We were able to keep production in the United States, they are eco-friendly and have a platinum W.R.A.P. certification. You can view their eco-friendly information, here. We have also chosen printing to be done in the United States to keep our carbon footprint down.
